Positive, The staff were super helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. The accommodation was nicely located near the Historical Centre, just a few minutes from Zocalo. The room had a good shower and a nice baggage storage option. It was a great place for exploring the city! 😊

missingWrote a review on 27 Novbustling locationconvenient transportcleanliness issues
The location is bustling during the day, giving easy access to shopping areas. Quick bus ride to the airport makes it convenient for travel plans.
The nighttime atmosphere feels empty and potentially unsafe. Rooms lack drinking water, are quite small, and parking carries risks. Cleanliness issues included human hair and strong cleaning products that burned my throat. No hot water in the shower and a bunk bed for a couple in their 50s felt misguided.

A quiet retreat in chaos
Nestled in the heart of the bustling historic district, the hotel offered a serene escape. The staff were genuinely warm and stayed ready to assist. The roof terrace was a delightful surprise, perfect for evenings of relaxation.
However, be prepared for the lack of air conditioning, as it can get quite warm. The rooms, although clean, had limited outlets, making it tricky to charge devices. Also, noise from the street can sometimes seep in, although it quieted at night.

this hotel was a major disappointment, no breakfast options or even a coffee maker in the common area! the bathroom sink dripped water, and the broken elevator meant I had to lug my bags up to the fourth floor. one would think a special welcome gift woudl ve been provided for such inconvenience, but alas, nothing!

We loved exploring the local area with the kids. There were amazing sites nearby like the Zócalo, and the staff was super friendly, especially Laura, who helped us navigate our first night. The location made it easy to walk around and soak up the culture.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable.

Check-in was super smooth, and the room was spotless with comfy bedding. I loved relaxing on the sun terrace while enjoying the beautiful views and sipping my morning coffee. Just a heads up, there was a minor issue with a noisy air conditioner, but it didn’t ruin my time here at all! 😊

Clean and comfortable standard room without air conditioning, which may be challenging in warmer months. The helpful staff communicated well using simple Spanish, enhancing the experience. The hotel’s location is a double-edged sword. while close to attractions, navigating through the bustling market was cumbersome. Also, it lacked dining options nearby, making finding food slightly inconvenient.

An ideal choice for a weekend trip in Mexico City with exceptional value. It was great to find out the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Zócalo, where we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. Make sure to learn some basic Spanish to communicate with the friendly staff.
